Blaylock HDD is a utility contractor based out of Mississippi, mainly specializing in telecommunications. We specialize in conduit, fiber, and copper placement by way of directional boring and plowing. We are licensed in multiple states – MS, LA, AR, & AL.  We work primarily in the southeastern part of the United States, but we always are willing to look at jobs across the country. We are locally owned and operated and have been in business for over 18 years. We are also a member of the Better Business Bureau and Avetta compliant.
